3d visualisation
Following your approval of the initial concept presented in phase 1, our team uses computer aided modelling programmes to build your space in 3D. From here, we can apply approved digital finishes, conceptual furniture and styling items to create an immersive digital design.

construction documentation
Once tender has been awarded to your appointed builder, your design team will commence revising the tender drawing set to include further detail suitable for construction.
Your construction pack will include all drawings from the tender set with the below additional details required for a seamless build

We make made allowances for review of shop drawings, review of samples, responses to RFI’s and site visits during the construction period
